I decided to start a training blog – which will hopefully keep me motivated and on track. With the Triathlon season coming to an end (and yes, even here – it comes to an end), I want to stay focused over the autumn and winter.
My Training To Do List (I like lists!)
- Sign up and attend Masters Swim Classes
- More bike training (stop being afraid of speed!)
- Focus on running technique
- More yoga – keeps me sane (and flexible)
- Plan 2008 race schedule (that will be another blog entry I am sure!)
- Most importantly, remember to have fun!
