This morning was another breakthrough (small as it may sound it was pretty big for me).
This morning was my longest solo run. I laced up my shoes and hit the pavement at 8 a.m. and ran 11 miles.

This week has been quite successful regarding training.
Monday and Wednesday were fantastic Master Swim classes. I felt very strong in both and worked hard. After those classes I came home and within less than an hour, was sleeping!

What a rush!! This year was a great year to be support crew for Big Brother. The parents came into town and we all cheered on our favorite Ironman.

This past weekend – we did a few fun (and new) things.
Firstly, we went to the Hollywood Bowl Saturday night and watched John Williams do his magic. There is nothing like watching the many encores – one being Darth Vader’s Impirical March while concert goers wave their light sabers in tempo with the music.
